On this page you will find all the information on how to request a return and what conditions must be met.<\/p><h2>Right of Withdrawal<\/h2><p>You have the right to withdraw from your order within <strong>14 days of receiving the goods<\/strong>, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply send an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@fooditalian.nl\">info@fooditalian.nl<\/a> stating your order number.<\/p><p>Upon receipt of your email, you will receive a confirmation authorising the return. You may then send the products back to our warehouse using a courier of your choice.<\/p><h2>Return Address<\/h2><p>Please send the goods exclusively to the following address. Shipments to any other address will not be accepted.<\/p><p><strong>Unibrands Italia S.r.l. \u2013 Returns Office<\/strong><br \/>Via del Melograno, 24<br \/>70022 Altamura (BA) \u2013 Italy<\/p><h2>Conditions for Return<\/h2><p>In order to be entitled to a refund, the following conditions must be met:<\/p><ul><li>Products must be undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging.<\/li><li>Products whose packaging has been opened or damaged cannot be returned.<\/li><li>If even one product in an order has been opened, the right of withdrawal lapses for the <strong>entire order<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Partial returns are not permitted: all products from a single order must be returned in one shipment.<\/li><li>The cost of the return shipment is entirely the responsibility of the customer, as is liability for any loss or damage during transport.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2><p>The right of withdrawal does <strong>not apply<\/strong> to:<\/p><ul><li>Fresh products with a short shelf life or products that may deteriorate quickly.<\/li><li>Products that are not eligible for replacement for hygiene or public health reasons.<\/li><li>Purchases made by resellers or persons buying with a view to resale.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Refund<\/h2><p>Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, the refund will be processed within <strong>7 working days<\/strong>. The refund covers the full purchase amount of the returned products and the original shipping costs paid at the time of the order.<\/p><p>The refund will be issued exclusively in the name of the person who made the purchase, using the <strong>same payment method<\/strong> (credit card or bank transfer) used to pay for the order.<\/p><p>If the return conditions are not met, you will not be entitled to a refund. The goods will be made available to you in the same condition in which they were received and may be collected within <strong>15 days<\/strong> of our notification. After this period, the goods will be retained by the company for disposal.<\/p><h2>Damaged or Non-Conforming Products<\/h2><p>Have you received a product that is damaged or does not conform to your order? Please contact us <strong>immediately<\/strong> at <a href=\"mailto:info@fooditalian.nl\">info@fooditalian.nl<\/a>, stating your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photographs showing the problem.<\/p><p>Once the defect has been verified, you are entitled to a replacement of the defective product at no extra cost. The conformity guarantee is <strong>24 months<\/strong> from delivery.
